Our team

Lena Schröder, Senior Account Manager with 8 years of experience in German politics and public affairs. Lena has served as a research associate for the deputy chairwoman of the Foreign Affairs Committee and as a policy advisor for the Seeheimer Kreis, a prominent parliamentary group within the SPD in the German Bundestag. She also worked as a political communications officer for the German Leadership Association (ULA), where she managed political communications, organized strategic events, and strengthened stakeholder engagement on both national and European levels.

Lena studied Social Sciences at the University of Osnabrück and Humboldt University of Berlin, specializing in societal and cultural transformation, economic and environmental policy and international politics. She speaks German and English, with basic proficiency in French and Hebrew.
