EU Focus Group Partner Pavel Glukhov recently lectured MBA students at the International University of Monaco as part of the Geopolitical & Social Trends course led by Dimitri Boschmann.

The session explored how EU decision-making evolves under geopolitical pressure, how international developments increasingly influence European policymaking and what these changes mean for companies developing resilient long-term strategies.

The highly international composition of the IUM MBA provided a particularly relevant environment for discussing the growing intersection between business strategy, geopolitics and public policy.

Drawing on his regulatory work at EU Focus Group and his own MBA experience at INSEAD, Pavel shared practical perspectives on how future business leaders can better integrate political and regulatory developments into corporate decision-making.
