Pavel Glukhov will focus on REACH, PFAS and strategic regulatory transformation, examining how companies can translate regulatory uncertainty into informed business decisions and better prepare for the next cycle of EU chemicals policy.
Competitiveness and the future of crop protection
Pascal Michaux will address Plant Protection Products and the Food & Feed Omnibus, including a central question for the sector: has the current simplification agenda gone far enough to support European competitiveness and innovation?
He will explore the challenge of reconciling competitiveness, innovation and environmental protection as Europe reshapes the framework governing crop protection.
Alongside Pavel and Pascal, Claudio Mereu of Bird & Bird will contribute the legal perspective on regulatory transformation.
