With over more than 25 years of experience in top management positions, strategic communication and government relations, Dan is able to advocate for pragmatic policy options and solutions, establishing common ground to promote co-operation, consistency and effectiveness.

As a part of the Top Management team of Rompetrol Petromidia, the biggest refinery and petrochemical plant in Romania, he was responsible for elaborating and implementing the restructuring strategy of both the refinery and the petrochemical plant. The professional cooperation with the Romanian Black Sea Title Holders Association, including ExxonMobil, OMV Petrom, LukOil, is another important millstone for Dan.

Dan is part of the EU Focus Group Energy and Chemical expertise team.

He earned a Master of Science in Geology from the University of Bucharest, an eMBA from AsseBuss in cooperation with Keneshaw State University from the US and a diploma in Broadcasting Business from International Academy of Broadcasting Switzerland.
