Igor is an internationally recognized executive with over 25 years of experience in the implementation and financing of major project developments in the energy and agriculture sectors.

Igor is supporting the implementation of EU policies on National Level. He serves as a Board Advisor to international corporations where he is providing strategies for M&A, and market entry and successfully connects local governments and foreign enterprises.

He is Member of the Globsec Task force, a leading European independent think-tank with global outreach, formed to influence policy decisions in the matters of Security, Defense, European Affairs, Energy, Economy, and Strategic Communication. Expert in Circular Economy and Energy Solutions.

Igor earned a Master’s degree in Engineering and Technical Sciences from the Slovak University of Technology, as well as, completed Harvard’s business & management executive program. He is fluent in English, German, Russian, Czech, Slovak, and Italian.
